General Information for New Clients

At the Center for Healing in Harmony, LLC, I create a safe space for you to begin your journey toward healing and personal growth. Here’s what new clients can expect from me:

Confidentiality: Counseling sessions are confidential, with certain exceptions such as expressed threats of harm to oneself or others, or cases of neglect or abuse involving minors, persons with disabilities, or the elderly.
Collaborative Process: Counseling is a shared experience between the client and therapist, built on trust and open communication.
Holistic Approach: My practice operates from a humanistic perspective, viewing you and your experiences as a whole.
Initial Consultation: I encourage you to call and spend 10-15 minutes discussing whether the client-therapist relationship is the right fit for you.
Growth through Therapy: Therapy is designed to help clients address specific issues and promote personal growth, which may sometimes feel uncomfortable.
Working through Discomfort: Facing discomfort and maintaining honesty with oneself creates the space for meaningful and positive growth.

This is a private pay practice. Insurance is not accepted at this time; however, some insurance carriers will reimburse for services rendered as an out-of-network provider.
